After seeing the Ferrara Candy Factory's tremendous output capacity combined with the extraordinary drive of it’s Winona based employees -and state, local and federal government help on financing- Amy Paris, the founder of Midwest Co-Pack LLC purchased the previously closed candy plant which had operated since the early 1900s.
